Fortnite’s 50v50 Mode Is Back

If for some reason you didn’t get the chance before to play the Fortnite Battle Royale 50v50 mode, well then, you’re in luck. It’s coming back and is said to be an improved version. Not only that but players can earn Double XP from April 19th through to the 22nd.

In the new version of the game mode, each team has a bus that approaches from opposite directions of the map. On said map, the friendly bus will be outlined in blue and the enemies bus in red. The final storm circle is visible on the mini-map from the start of the game and gives players 10 minutes to loot the map as the storm closes in on the circle, then five minutes to fight, and another five minutes as the storm shrinks to the end.

Supply drops come in batches of 3-6, fall every two minutes, and only land in the final storm circle. A dotted line has been added to the map which indicated the “battle lines” between the two teams. While players can cross the line, this will make running into enemies more likely. Other tweaks have been made, including increased to resource gathering, item spawns, ammo, and more.

Oh and the new improved mode is available now.
